Recipe of the Month By Gary Howey
Last weekend I was in Mason City, IA. at their Sportshow where they had a Chili & Stew Cook Off.
After the judging was over, I had the opportunity to test several different entries and had to agree with the judges when they awarded Brad Connor, Britt, IA. with the top prize for the best stew recipe.
It was excellent and Brad was good enough to allow me to list the recipe on our web site.
It’s a very simple recipe and once you’ve tried it that you’ll agree that it’s a great one.
